In April 2025 I brought my 2017 CRV in because the metal part from under the car fell down & was scraping the ground as we drove home from Orlando. Paid hundreds of dollars to have it fixed as it was not co part from under the car fell down & was scraping the ground as we drove home from Orlando. Paid hundreds of dollars to have it fixed as it was not covered under warranty. Today January 24, 2026 the metal piece is again hanging & visible from the front of the car although has not yet hit the ground. Took the car in this morning & was told that it would not be covered under any type of warranty as this is “not a defect”. I’m not sure how many cars you have owned in your lifetime but I have owned at least 10 & this is THE ONLY CAR this has ever happened to! This man proceeded to tell me that it’s a “common thing” he sees it all the time. I asked for statistics & was laughed at. Of course you cannot provide that. I owned a Buick for 11 years, 11 years & never once had this happen. Yet, I’ve owned this car for 6 years & now twice in less than a year this has happened & you are going to tell me that the work was done correctly & how absurd it is for me to think it should be covered & that it was done incorrectly when it was fixed in April. I asked him how many times this has happened to his car & first he said never then said 3 times. & he also drives a Honda….hmmm sounds like a Honda problem to me!!! The customer service here has always been pretty bad. The wait times even with appointments are outrageous but this was the end of my business with Brahman Honda. The fact that you would not even consider that it had been done incorrectly & say that it has been almost a year. Since when are we replacing these parts every year?!?! Ridiculous! I will be screaming from the roof tops to never buy a car from this dealership! Your dealership needs to learn customer service skills. More

I want to thank Susan for getting me through the 3 weeks without my car due to the electric power steering gearbox had to be replaced on my vehicle that had only 5762 miles on it. It was upsetting at first without my car due to the electric power steering gearbox had to be replaced on my vehicle that had only 5762 miles on it. It was upsetting at first but after I had made contact with American Honda they expeditated getting the part to Braman faster then waiting until April . I know I was a pain to Susan put as my service advisor she was fantastic and kept me informed. Even Rodney Lau the service manager was fantastic handling my issues along the way. Brman should be so lucky to have these great employees More
