What truly set Sam Pack's Five Star Ford apart was the exceptional service provided by the entire team as one cohesive unit. Christopher Kraus was our sales consultant, Scott Saveraid welcomed us, Joseph Walker discussed aftermarket options and finally we were taken to Luis Gonzalez in finance. Rusty Walls got it rolling on the phone and even sent a video of the Jeep. They were all so kind and helpful. Scott welcomed us as we came in and got us right over to Chris. I purchased a new F150 over the weekend at SP Ford and had a great experience. The entire team I dealt with was very friendly and professional. After the deal was agreed on, Alexandra helped me with accessories. She was very knowledgable and confident of her products. I did opt to add 2 items. The last personal touch that stood out, as I was going to drive off Jose mentioned that Justin and Rocky wanted to say goodbye before I left. They all came out to say thank you and goodbye.
