The best car buying experience I have ever had. Most of the transactions were completed by phone and email. When I arrived at the dealer, Rocco Rotundo the sales representative I talked with on the phone, greeted me and executed the deal exactly as agreed to over the phone. There were no additional charges, no additional pressure to purchase other accessories or services. It was a pleasure working with Rocco and a dealership that provided a straightforward deal at a lower cost than other dealers that I checked. Overall, I am very pleased with the whole process from sales to administration. It is uncommon to encounter a dealership that truly values its customers and demonstrates genuine respect.
