Outstanding service Went in for a brake software recall appointment and told them about the issues with the brake. They replaced the bad part, the belt, and did the recall without needing to make a new appointment. They had my truck over twice as long as what was scheduled and were pretty busy with other customers. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend them to anyone. More

5 star review only Because Robin does a great job. However, my car was there for 26 days. And I had to pay for front camera service again. I know they already fixed thi Because Robin does a great job. However, my car was there for 26 days. And I had to pay for front camera service again. I know they already fixed this once and there is no reason why I should’ve been charged again I only have my car serviced at Luther and it seemed as though they couldn’t find the previous service on the camera. Or they didn’t believe me. And 26 days to have my car there is ridiculous. It certainly didn’t feel as though it was a big deal to GMC but it sure was a big deal to me. The five stars are only because I do believe Robin is a great guy and good at what he does. And I don’t want my review to reflect on him personally.
