It all began with the warm welcome and the initial sales person's willingness to allow us to select working with the most experienced sales person present that day. Jimmy was amazing; so professional, so knowledgeable, so forthright, with a warm and welcoming manner. He was willing to drive that day to another Ourisman dealership to get the exact car that I wanted. So I drove out with my brand new car on a Saturday afternoon. Financing assistance went smoothly and I greatly appreciated the walk through the dealership to see the maintenance department, understand the hours and the special services that I would be afforded.
