Amazing communication. Was so helpful and actually cared about our issues with a previous vehicle. He completely changed out outlook on how sales people can be. Friendly staff. Nice facilities for customers waiting while cars are being serviced. The car buying service was made simple. Initially when I looked into buying a S Nice facilities for customers waiting while cars are being serviced. The car buying service was made simple. Initially when I looked into buying a Subaru I approached a dealer in WA and made inquiries by giving a price range. The rep said it was not possible. When I made contact via eMail there were some proposals but not in the price range I’d liked. Then the manager got in touch about wanting my business. However when I responded with a price range I researched from Edmunds then communication went quiet. When I was visiting Las Vegas I happened to make a visit at Subaru of Las Vegas and I did the same approach by showing what Edmunds indicated as fair price. Rather then disappearing from the scene the agent came up with a unit that closely matched what I was looking for. So I made the purchase. Simple. The agent I was dealing with was friendly and knowledgeable. Explained all the options clearly and made the buying process fun because he was listening and hearing my needs. After the sale the agent offered to drop the car at the place where I was staying. It did not end there. There were several follow ups, reminders and communications to ensure that I was happy with the car. More
