Our experience with Aliecia and Rob was great. I spoke with Aliecia via phone in the afternoon and she gave me her number to let her know when we would be arriving. The car was ready when got there following an hour and 45 minute drive. The vehicle was as described and shown online. Aliecia did a great job of showing us the car’s features despite it being a used Subaru so not the Nissans she is accustomed to selling. She was friendly, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. We began the financing and paperwork. Rob was easy to talk to. He came across as straightforward, but friendly and had a good sense of humor we enjoyed. Despite the process going past closing, Aliecia and Rob were patient and attentive. I am giving five stars because we were happy with Aliecia and Rob’s service and felt they went over and beyond. However, as a dealership, I have a couple of suggestions. The vehicle’s fuel tank did not have enough gas for us to make it home. I realize gas is costly, but when a customer buys a vehicle, we feel we should drive off the lot with a full tank. Also, the car was supposed to have been checked over by the shop and ready for us to drive home with no issues. The day after purchase, the tire pressure indicator lights came on so I had to stop on my way to work to add air to all four tires. We also feel this should have been checked and corrected before we left the lot. These are small issues, but from a customer service standpoint, I am pointing them out. The little things matter when trying to obtain repeat customers and referrals. We will still refer people to your dealership, but we will tell anyone we refer to be sure the above items are handled by the dealership before they buy. We did have one issue on the interior of the car that occurred within the first two weeks, which I notified Aliecia about via email. I was able to fix it and hope it is resolved. Overall, we were satisfied and felt the service provided by Aliecia and Rob earned five stars. They are each assets to your dealership before/company. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Jose Ramos was our sales person. Jose did an outstanding job. He was kind, patient and professional. We enjoyed our time with him (and that is unusual when buying a car). Rob Johanas and Aliecia DeAngelis were also extremely helpful. Rob Verdaguer was also very patient and helpful. Not a normal thing when dealing with finance stuff. We've bought so many cars during our 49 years of marriage. This experience stands out as one of our favorites. Nothing I've said reflects our deal. It is totally because of your staff. The deal was fine. We had to get out of a bad lease. So we were prepared, but it was still more than we hoped to pay each month. The help from your staff took some of the sting out. No where else would've been any better and I firmly believe we were in good hands at your dealership. Entirely pleasant experience. I hope to not need to look at cars for awhile. Sales person Jose was very friendly and kind to assist the need. Loan officer Rob was very professional and experienced to assist the loan process. Manager was welcoming but more of behind the scenes work, could not meet and chat. Couple item needs replacement and he made a reasonable negotiation by sharing the cost. Only while replacing the part is where some coordination issue happened between sales and service team. Amanda at service team was bit rude and showing attitude by directing me to work with sales team has caused a bit of delay and confusion. Nevertheless, I had a great experience with this used car purchase. More
