I love the truck that I purchased, but my experience at the dealership was that they were not helpful at all and knew very little about the vehicle. Our salesman, Robert O’Shields did not orient us to our new vehicle and he knew very little about it himself. He was rude and rushed us out of there. We have purchased many cars in our past and have never had a sales person that was this rude and very unhelpful. I have to say I cannot recommend your dealership especially not our salesman Robert O’Shields. We had several concerns when we were looking over the vehicle at delivery after we signed all the papers and Robert totally blew us off and acted like our concerns were nothing. We are very disappointed in how he treated us. More
