My girls have all married Texas gentlemen and we have been blessed with 10 Grandbeauties so far so it’s safe to say I’m here for life. I come from a diverse background with experience in manufacturing, financial services, high end customer service, management, and for the past 14 years have been in the automotive industry. I am a person of strong faith and have served in my local church as well as abroad on mission. After looking for almost two months all over central Arkansas and not finding the right vehicle--year, color, features of the RX350--that my wife wanted, we resorted to looking at online availability, a Arkansas and not finding the right vehicle--year, color, features of the RX350--that my wife wanted, we resorted to looking at online availability, and we found this one vehicle with the exact year, color and features that my wife wanted at Dallas Lease Returns. At first, being old-school vehicle buyers (we've always bought cars by visiting local dealers), I was leery about doing an out-of-state purchase for a few different reasons. I've read and heard some horror stories. I called DLR and spoke with Robert Schultz. He was very helpful, accommodating all of my questions, answering each one very clearly. When I informed him that we are from Arkansas and can only drive down to look at the car on Saturday October 12, he didn't miss a beat and said that while he was going to be out on that day (He was going on a cruise to celebrate his wedding anniversary--congratulations!), he assured me that Chris Mikkel would take good care of us. We didn't make it on the 12th but instead came to see the car on the 14th and Robert had already come back from his anniversary trip. I must say, the friendliness of DLR staff is on a class of its own, which we we did not find in any of the two dozen dealerships that we visited prior to DLR. Robert was very friendly. He has this amiable, friendly and likeable disposition. And similar to our conversation on the phone earlier, he answered all our questions, explaining to us the smallest detail in a manner that we could understand. We flew into DFW the next Sunday to close on our transaction and to drive the vehicle back to Arkansas. We were late and tired from our flight. Chris Mikkel took really good care of us. He was very considerate of the fact that my wife and I were both tired from the trip. The front desk lady, Angelica Mitchell, even made a special batch of popcorn for our consumption. We were in and out of that place driving my wife's newly-bought car in less than an hour. Very efficient and very friendly. Our total customer experience with Dallas Lease Returns is absolutely worth every penny of the two trips we made to the area (an additional $1000 to the cost). The experience was wonderful! If I had known about this level of customer service, we would have started our vehicle search with DLR instead of visiting so many local dealerships. My wife echoes my sentiments; she has expressed this to me privately. I am encouraging her to also write up a review. She is extremely happy with Dallas Lease Returns. I cannot say enough great things about Dallas Lease Returns. I am not surprised that DLR has garnered the Dealer of the Year award for 6 straight years. We highly, highly recommend this place especially these two gentlemen--Robert Schultz and Chris Mikkel. I am quite sure that with these two, DLR will continue to soar high with DealerRater ratings.
