Hate signing without paper invoice that shows what I’m signing for. Advisor seemed a bit irritated by my multiple questions.it was my first time in the new building. Didn’t accuse, I just wanted it to work. Another boy in service dept. fixed it for me. Don’t remember his name (very helpful and friendly). I do remember that he said he was from Downey.
