I have worked with Westside Lexus since 2001 when I purchased my first Lexus brand. They have always taken great care of me during the process. This is my 10 car and each time I receive exception servi purchased my first Lexus brand. They have always taken great care of me during the process. This is my 10 car and each time I receive exception service with sales and credit department and delivery. I only use the dealership for my maintenance and I would highly recommend the tire program. I had two tires replaced due to hitting materials in a road construction area. After all these years I still see the same employees with smiles and greetings. Wow.. Excellent Maintenance Service! WOW!! That sums up the friendly Westside Lexus Service Team. I recently had both our IS-250 and GX-460 serviced for scheduled maintenance in the new s WOW!! That sums up the friendly Westside Lexus Service Team. I recently had both our IS-250 and GX-460 serviced for scheduled maintenance in the new spacious Service Center. As usual I was very impressed with the practical repairs that were recommended. The service inspection report outlined issues needing immediate attention, and suggested less critical items as optional (i.e. to be monitored during future visits). I also opted to have Lexus Detailing done along with door dents removed.. The vehicle looked "like new" when it was completed. Thoroughly satisfied customer! More

Waiting for dashboard replacement for more than 3 years I have been waiting for Westside Lexus to replace my 2008 Lexus RX 350 dashboard since 2015 and every time they said to just wait. I'm a Realtor and l I have been waiting for Westside Lexus to replace my 2008 Lexus RX 350 dashboard since 2015 and every time they said to just wait. I'm a Realtor and lots of my clients drive with me and it is so embarrassing for me when my client notice all the dashboard cracks and melting parts ......
