Graduated Middleboro High in 1990. 5 year Military veteran, I've been in the car business since 2003. There is nothing more satisfying than meeting a customer in a bad spot and being able to help them out of it. I've worked in almost every sales position from the floor, to the business development center as the Corporate BDC Director, managing and running the commercial department, sales manager, and Corporate Trainer for both the BDC and sales floor staff. I didn’t like how I felt like I needed to pry information about the vehicle. I had to ask about the title, and the service records and the car fax. That should’ve been presented to me right up front. I did not like how the finance guy made me feel like I had to purchase the extended warranty even though I said “no” several times. Made it seem as though I couldn’t buy the vehicle without it. I had also called him several times later that week to make sure they received my down payment. I left voicemails and never got a return call. More
