Graduated Middleboro High in 1990. 5 year Military veteran, I've been in the car business since 2003. There is nothing more satisfying than meeting a customer in a bad spot and being able to help them out of it. I've worked in almost every sales position from the floor, to the business development center as the Corporate BDC Director, managing and running the commercial department, sales manager, and Corporate Trainer for both the BDC and sales floor staff. It is frustrating with the lack of up front on the cost when dealing with financing as they try to sell warranties and do not show the actual cost. Financing Al’s pretended as though they did not know tha when dealing with financing as they try to sell warranties and do not show the actual cost. Financing Al’s pretended as though they did not know that the $500 I paid ford upfront online was part of the vehicle cost and should be deducted from the final bill of sale. It felt like they were constantly trying to sneak an extra $100 or $200 out of the transaction. Rob the sales associate was fantastic and super helpful after the sale. More

Horrible, service. Lost my spare key,now all lights on in truck brakes locked up, waited for them to get title and fix broken windshield, Kevin sale manger lied to me.
