When you sit in the waiting room and every service rep comes in saying the same recommendations for additional service to the customers waiting, just to make money, is a bit frustrating. The time before comes in saying the same recommendations for additional service to the customers waiting, just to make money, is a bit frustrating. The time before it was air and cabin filters along with additives, this last time it was wiper blades and the additives. Each one of us, the same recommendations? The real kicker this time was my wiper blades were less than a month old. The ethics of this company and really treating the customer with respect and that you really have their safety and true needs at the heart of what you do have really deteriorated since Mike left. Hard to trust a company that takes advantage of their customers this way. More
