Hello, My name is Robert Kirkwood. I am originally from Chicago, Il. I have my bachelors in Business Management and associates in Accounting. My favorite car is Lexus. I have been in the Business going on two years. I have a storied background in customer service, managing hotels for 10 plus years. Few years working directly with a President Secret Service team. On thing that sets me apart from other is I want each every customer to remember me and the amazing experience they had while in my company at the dealership. Big ups to Robert Kirkwood. I test-drove quite a few cars across the east valley but returned to CBB because of Robert. I was dead set on a certain type of vehicle, but last m I test-drove quite a few cars across the east valley but returned to CBB because of Robert. I was dead set on a certain type of vehicle, but last minute decided to switch to a totally different one. As soon as I was transparent in letting Robert know, he sent me the perfect car I'd been looking for. It was a done deal, I went to CBB, test-drove it, and was sold. I couldn't have found a better salesperson to work with, Robert is cool, calm, and collected. He's very laid back, 0 pressure and patient. THANK YOU ROBERT! Give this man another Salesman of the Month plaque to add to his trophy case. Also, shoutout to Jared Dragon in finance, he made that part of the process simple and efficient, and he was super helpful and also found me the best interest rates he could and went above and beyond.
