From the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove off with my new GLS450, I was thrilled with the service, attention and kindness I received from both Arno Orsini and Robert Lisi. Arno helped me by explaining my different possibilities, suggesting the best options and locating the vehicle I desired. Arno was professional, courteous, respectful and knowledgeable throughout the process. Robert, my product specialist/concierge, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have even sent several emails to Robert after driving my car with questions and he has responded promptly to each one. Mercedes Benz of Princeton and Mercedes Benz corporate are lucky to have Robert and Arno in their employ - they truly are exemplary!! Because of Arno and Robert and my experience at Princeton Mercedes Benz, I look forward to returning to the dealership for all of my future car needs. Thank you Robert and Arno for being so terrific!! More

Awesome Teaching Experieve I recently re-leased an E Class from MB Princeton. This is my fourth Mercedes from MB Princeton, and each positive experience keeps me coming back. Th I recently re-leased an E Class from MB Princeton. This is my fourth Mercedes from MB Princeton, and each positive experience keeps me coming back. This time, I leased an E 450, which is dramatically more advanced than my prior 2016 E 350. On picking up the car, Robert did a fantastic job of giving me instructions on all the new/improved features..and did in a way that I wasn’t overloaded/overwhelmed. He made it fun, and was so patient with questions and the “show me one more time” inquires. Robert offered to have me come back as I get used to the new car, and really went the extra mile in spending almost 90 minutes walking me thru all the features. Very pleasant and efficient experience all around! More
