I went in because my car needed a 30k tune up and my A/C was blowing warm air. Sean DeSilva and Robert Hall were very clear in communicating what was being done on my car and the potential cost and we're ev was blowing warm air. I arrived for routine maintenance and a few additional requests (wiper blades, inspection and fob battery). I was immediately directed to Victor who spent time reviewing my needs and explaining the B1 mai requests (wiper blades, inspection and fob battery). Victor checked in several times to up date me on the progress of my maintenance and the work was finished ahead of schedule. I have used Herb Chambers of Boston for over 30 years. I have almost always worked with great Service Advisors like Victor. He is really a star. More
