The service department failed to solve problem with roof leaking in my BMW X5 2022 two times. Also punctuality of personnel was ridiculous. But I have enjoyed support of Robert Churovsky during new car leaking in my BMW X5 2022 two times. Also punctuality of personnel was ridiculous. But I have enjoyed support of Robert Churovsky during new car BMW IX new lease and Ginius guy. Service department definitely needs improvement!!! More
