This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Jim Norton, and there is one specific reason we keep coming back, Robert Blocker. When we made the decision to purchase a new truck, we contacted Robert and he went out of his way to find the exact truck we wanted and kept us updated every step of the way. He makes buying a new vehicle completely stress free, easy, and enjoyable. Hopefully, he doesn't retire before we get number 4! We also had the pleasure of dealing with Neng Yang in the finance department. He was extremely knowledgeable , thorough, and helpful during the process of finalizing the purchase. There was no pressure put on us to purchase warranties, just great information about Toyota and their products. The paperwork was handled quickly and we were on our way. Everyone at Jim Norton is very friendly and helpful. We don't live in Tulsa, but were more than happy to make a road trip to buy a new vehicle. More
