This is my third purchase at Beaver. I had a bad experience three years ago and Luis Torres turned that around for me with my purchase of the sequoia. Tim spoke to me during my service visit and took the time to listen to my fears and came up with a solution. He was extremely detail oriented when going over the numbers. Taking the vehicle with me is what solidified me moving on it the same day. Ultimately its the service department and the people at this dealership that keep me coming back . Tim making my daughter feel like she was part of the process resonated with me. Pairing my phone. Helping me empty out a very dirty vehicle …. Following up with me the next day. I had no intention of buying a car yesterday and Tim sold me my 7th Toyota. More

Buyer beware of their policy of "if you don't like it we'll buy it back" and "if you don't like it we'll exchange within thirty days" . Everyone is in the business to make money but theres so much compet we'll buy it back" and "if you don't like it we'll exchange within thirty days" . Everyone is in the business to make money but theres so much competition I thought the days of shady car salesmen were in the past. This is a shady dealership. Over a span of two months, two vehicles were bought and returned to Beaver Toyota St Augustine. Because of "negative equity" I have no truck, lost a $1000 cash down payment and got a collection of $15,000 on my credit that I will never pay. More

Cameron shemwell was recommended to me by Robert the van driver after I had brought in my 2002 Toyota Avalon with 214,000 miles on it and had a large repair bill. Robert suggested I speak with Cameron and Cameron found a 2018 Camry in wonderful condition and I traded in my wonderful Avalon which I loved for a candy apple red Camry which I am beginning to love Cameron made it very easy and Beaver Toyota acted in a way that wasn't aggressive or pushy but was very pleasant. "Old Guy Robert" was a very good listener and helped me to find the right model/year of car among an otherwise intimidating array of options. He worked extra hard to make the transition between two very d to find the right model/year of car among an otherwise intimidating array of options. He worked extra hard to make the transition between two very different models and driver options as smooth as possible. Although I selected a car that was a year older than the one I was trading in and had slightly more mileage, I gained a much desired built-in navigation system that has been discontinued in newer models. I am glad an old guy listened closely to an old lady and had her "comfortably" back in the driver's seat. More
