Christy met me in the driveway and I explained why I was
there and she wisked the car away so a tech could look at it.
A short time later Christy introduced me to Rob and he went over the process, ( seems

A short time later Christy introduced me to Rob and he went over the process, ( seems I had made a slight error in my diagnosis) , gave me the cost of the repairs and the time to complete the job. We agreed and Rob kindly offered me a coupon for breakfast across the street! It was really good food!
Well, the car came back under budget and ahead of schedule.
Great service, great people and a great experience! Thank you all, you too tech!
Oh, and by the way, it's a 2003 with 336000 miles!!!
