The car buying process and trade in on my previous car was seamless and painless. My husband and I also really benefitted from the time spent with Devin to learn about the car in depth, set up our profiles, and answer all of our questions. I brought my car to BMW off Bridgewater to have wheel locks installed. Andrew, my Service Advisor enthusiastically took my car back to the Service Department and was back in 5 minutes with my car. I have recently purchased a BMw from Bridgewater BMW and had a great experience. I have been using Bridgewater for service for the past 10 years and when it was time for a new vehicle they provided the best had a great experience. I have been using Bridgewater for service for the past 10 years and when it was time for a new vehicle they provided the best experience. My client advisor, Rob Long spent the time to go over the vehicle I was interested in and discussed the different options available. He was very attentive and responded promptly to my calls and emails. After the order was placed he kept me in the loop on the status of delivery. After delivery, he also checked in to answer any questions I had on the vehicle. Great client advisor and dealership. More

I purchased a 2014 BMW X1 from Rob Long and flew out from Illinois to pick it up. Vehicle was very clean for being 10 years old. Rob even sent a Lyft to pick me up at the airport. Howard Wu was very helpful Illinois to pick it up. Vehicle was very clean for being 10 years old. Rob even sent a Lyft to pick me up at the airport. Howard Wu was very helpful with financing as well. Robert Long was honest from the first phone call all the way to when I picked up the car. Buying my 2014 328i at this dealership was excellent experience.
