Terrible customer service, they focus on the unnecessary things like my floor mats literally!!! They state they will top up all the fluids but they didn't and claim they don't top up fluids so what's the po things like my floor mats literally!!! I would not recommend this place to anyone, they focus on things that doesn't need to be replaced!!!! Go elsewhere!!!! More

There was an utter breakdown in communication. Things were not said on a previous meeting that resulted in lots of confusion and an end result that was not satisfactory. No one's seemed to be willing to do anything other than say I'm sorry but here are the 2 options. Both being not acceptable. I ended up going with option B because I wanted to be done with the dealership and just gone from there. Will not be recommending this dealer. More

Excellent follow up and very knowledgeable about all questions I had. When Shane and others didn’t know the answer they found it out quickly. Had one issue with wipers that was quickly resolved, and I questions I had. When Shane and others didn’t know the answer they found it out quickly. Had one issue with wipers that was quickly resolved, and I was very happy with this. I did have another issue with paint chipping on wheels which took 2 weeks to get a response on, and I had to follow up 3x to get an answer, so that was a little frustrating. It is getting resolved now. Overall I am much happier with Toyota of Des Moines vs my dealer I fired in Ankeny Bob Brown GMC. They were very inconsistent with follow up and stuck it to me when I had an issue that ONStar rep inaccurately diagnosed as needing dealer attention. Keep up the good work and you will have a customer for life. I’ve spent $75k on Lexus and 43k on Toyotas in the past month because of more confidence in the brand and the dealers. Trained professionals, reliable vehicles, and residual values are worth more. More
