Some of the reasons my experience was a pleasant experience are 1.) Even though we started out shaky on the customer service, every effort was made to accomodate me and my needs. 2.) In over 35 years of buying cars, I've never had a dealer have someone take the time to make sure I understood the operations of the car upon purchase. 3.) The Sales associate was knowledgable and friendly and didn't try any of the shady games I've encountered at some other dealers. 4. Even though there was short supply of Prius's available, I didn't feel pressured by the sales associate. 5.) Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted, everyone made an effort to make the purchase as easy and pleasant as possible. 6.) And finally, JD Kent III, went over the entire vehicle with us. He explained all the bells & whistles in an easy to understand manner. Again, very friendly & professional. When we returned to pick up our new Tacoma, everyone was very excited about our purchase (of course because it was a sale) but that is not the way if felt or came across. The "red carpet" service we recieved with our truck in the bay was impressive and the speed in which the crew did our Auto Armor was also very impressive.
