If you have a coupon for 15% off and forget to bring it and later same day present the coupon , they will NOT honor it because it wasn't presented BEFORE they give you the price of the repair! Do they do this because they want to jack up the price 15% BEFORE giving you the supposed discount??😠😟🙄 They must think people are idiots. This happened to my son who has spent over $3000 in the last year, on repairs for a car he originally bought there ,NEW! I have also bought new cars with this dealership over the years when they WERE a good place to go. Maybe the kids have taken it over because it's def not what is was!! Time to move on and find a dealer who shows respect and courtesy to their customers!!!! I now understand why my clients have stopped going there and now go to Ferman Ford. I will no longer recommend this dealership. So sad after all these years. SMH. Doesn't matter how courteous the service reps are , they are powerless as is the service mgr.
