I have an RV on a chevy chassis and had difficulties at two chevy truck dealers who failed two to fix my problems. I had a recommendation to take it to Flammer Ford for trucks from one of my neighbors and two chevy truck dealers who failed two to fix my problems. I had a recommendation to take it to Flammer Ford for trucks from one of my neighbors and I was surprised and pleased that they would work on a chevy RV truck. They examined the issues and give me a estimate on the work involved and I told them to go ahead. Flammer Ford fixed the issues. And I was very happy with the results. And their service manager is excellent. I have taken my RV back to them for other repairs. And they performed quickly and I can't recommend them strongly enough. More

I brought my motorhome in to fix a ringing sound that it was making. I went for a drive with the service advisor and he said it was the carrier bearing, he then had me drive the mechanic around and the mech was making. I went for a drive with the service advisor and he said it was the carrier bearing, he then had me drive the mechanic around and the mechanic said that it sounds like the carrier bearing, but they would put their magic tool up to the RV and that would determine where the sound was coming from, so I brought my motorhome in and they determined it was the carrier bearing and changed the carrier bearing and charged me $900 but the ringing noise is still there! Why didn’t they test drive the motorhome after they fixed it to make sure the ringing noise was gone? Now the service advisor wants me to bring my motorhome to a drive shaft company. It just seems like I’m going on a wild goose chase. More

Hello everyone, I gotta say it again. It was the end of the day on a Friday. Rob went out of town and Erick was running the service counter. I contacted Patty in the rental department and It was the end of the day on a Friday. Rob went out of town and Erick was running the service counter. I contacted Patty in the rental department and she reached out to Rob and they authorized a truck for me because I had to leave my vehicle there …..now that is team work . I know Erick had been slammed all day but still kept his composure and his service commitment to his customers was the only agenda. I am so impressed the way the service department took care of me and I have nothing to worry about.
