We purchased a new Flex in 2009, it was a Demo & the windows were tinted. This week we were pulled over by a Pinellas County Sheriff's deputy who measured the amount of light penetrating our film. We were told this dark film was illegal, yet the dealership sold the car to us this way. One would expect the dealership to know the auto laws & abide by them. We contacted the dealership and they were "shocked" that they would have installed illegal film on the Flex. Ultimately,they did the right thing and are in the process removing the illegal film & installing legal film., at no cost to us. We are very happy with our Flex. Very luxurious ride & lots of room. Also, Bobby Bender in the service department has always been the ultimate professional in dealing with us for our regular service work, prompt call backs & follow ups. The only person we did not get a return call from was Jim Flammer (General Manager)& we left 2 messages. More
