Riley, Julie and Austin were awesome! I needed a vehicle because I had just lost mine I'm an accident. I was not looking to purchase a vehicle but decided if I was going to, I needed to go the DeLand Chrysler Jeep Dodge to do so. They were extremely understanding of my situation and my reluctance in purchasing my new vehicle. No one made me feel obligated to anything and I did not feel like they were just trying to catch a sale. Although that is the goal at the end of the day. They were friendly, personable, easy to talk to. They even laughed at my hubby's "dad jokes". I would definitely recommend this dealership and Riley, Julie and Austin in the future. We're already planning on visiting the dealership when hubby is ready for another vehicle himself. I came to Deland CJDR on 12/4 to check out the RAM 1500 Night Edition, as they were the only dealership I was seeing having available inventory in the surrounding area in which I live, not expecting to wal Night Edition, as they were the only dealership I was seeing having available inventory in the surrounding area in which I live, not expecting to walk away that evening with a brand new truck, but very hopeful! After driving a Nissan Titan 07 for the past 15 years, it was time for an upgrade! After my wife purchased a Jeep (different CJDR dealer) earlier in the year, we decided we wanted to stick w/ brand loyalty (and after I had been looking at RAMs for awhile); we are certainly pleased that we did! Upon arrival, Riley Thompson made my wife and I feel very welcome, and we quickly hit it off in conversation; he was a pleasure to work with, and based on some of our conversations, it sounded like we have a lot of common interests outside of just our trucks, which made the transaction of buying a new vehicle that much more smooth and pleasurable! Riley was very accommodating, as we test drove 2 identical trucks, but for the second run we just wanted to see if some initial bumpiness from the first vehicle test drive we were feeling was just a truck being a truck or if something noticeably an issue, and Riley was happy to assuage any concerns we had! Riley was a great sales professional and an all round awesome individual, and we can't recommend him enough to anyone visiting CJDR for a new vehicle! When it came time to look at financing and working with the finance analyst, he was most helpful in answering our questions and working back and forth (literally running at times to expedite the process, which was a nice touch, he sure knows how to hustle!) Bottom line, anyone looking for a new CJDR would be wise to bring their business to this dealership and work directly w/ Riley! More
