I made a call to DLR and asked for a sales associate to inquire about a specific vehicle, I came across in a search online. I was quickly transferred to Rick Bell, who went above and beyond to help accommo inquire about a specific vehicle, I came across in a search online. I was quickly transferred to Rick Bell, who went above and beyond to help accommodate my request with several exact matches and some alternates to compare. He listened to all my specific wants and needs while helping me stay within my budget. He allowd me my own time to browse the inventory on hand then made note of each, taking the time to go over specs of each, helping me narrow my long list down to a final 2 (offering to let me drive each one if would help my decision). He took the time, I needed but was conscious of my time and 1st request on the phone that I did not want to make just looking a long process or endure a long sales tactics, as often the case at most dealerships, to even test drive a car. I decided on the vehicle, I was most interested in, quickly filled out a short half page application. I reminded Rick of my payment budget and he went to work for me along with the finance dept. I left for an hour or so to run errends. Received a call directly from the finance manager to make sure my experience was satisfactory and if there was anything he could do to make it better, he let me know I had been approved and Rick would be contacting me shortly to go over some numbers. That was in less than hour. I returned to the dealership and with a couple inquiries and modifications Rick was able to discount the vehicle and gave me more than expected for my trade and had my payment right where I needed. The whole process was seemless quick and comepletely painless ! I love my new car and highly recommend seeing Rick Bell and DLRs wide selection of vehicles to purchase your next car. The personal attention, knowledge of the inventory, in house financing options and value of my time, made car buying a joy again! Thanks DLR, Rick and Manager Ricky too! More
