I had a mechanical issue that the pre-sale inspection missed and when I brought it to the dealer’s attention, they identified the issue and took responsibility for it. In the end the cost to repair the i missed and when I brought it to the dealer’s attention, they identified the issue and took responsibility for it. In the end the cost to repair the issue was more than the dealer or I was willing to pay so they reversed the sale, gave me all of my money back and wholesaled the car. We both wish the sale would have worked out but I am extremely happy with the way they took responsibility and I gained a lot of confidence in and respect for the company. More

We waited 1. 5 hours for the closing process. If they sell 70% of the cars on Saturday, why don’t they at least have some support staff to speed things up. Plus t 5 hours for the closing process.
