Shane O’Brien was absolutely amazing—professional, patient, knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I was so impressed with my experience with Shane O’Brien that I purchased not one, but TWO vehicles from him. He made the process smooth and comfortable, answered my questions, and treated me with the kind of respect and customer service that you hope to receive when making such a major purchase. I would definitely recommend Shane O’Brien to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. If you are shopping at Nimnicht Chevrolet, ask for Shane O’Brien He is the type of salesperson who can make a customer feel confident about doing business with the dealership. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about my experience with the Service Department. I have been a loyal customer of this dealership and, including my recent purchases, have purchased multiple vehicles from Nimnicht Chevrolet over the years. Because of that history, I would expect to be treated with respect and receive quality customer service when I bring my vehicles in for service. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Service Department was extremely disappointing. I found one of the young ladies I dealt with to be very rude and disrespectful, and the overall experience was frustrating enough that I ultimately decided to take my son’s 2017 black Camaro to another Chevrolet location service department in Jacksonville, Florida for service. That should not have to happen, especially with a customer who has continued to support the dealership by purchasing multiple vehicles over the years. Nimnicht Chevrolet really needs to take a serious look at revamping its Service Department and improving the way customers are treated. The sales team can work hard to bring customers through the front door, but if the service experience is poor, you risk losing those customers when it is time for maintenance, repairs, or even their next vehicle purchase. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously. I want to continue doing business with Nimnicht Chevrolet, but the Service Department needs significant improvement. Customers who spend their hard-earned money purchasing vehicles deserve to be treated with courtesy, professionalism, and respect from the sales department all the way through service. Again, Shane O’Brien deserves recognition for being an exceptional salesperson and providing the kind of experience that makes customers want to come back. I just hope the Service Department can provide that same level of customer care in the future. it”s sad to say I had to make the story a little short, but I did place some stuff on Google review. But the overall experience excellent for the Sale team very poorly for the service department. More
