Pretty average No one treated me badly but most of the personnel seemed rather arrogant. When they took the vehicle to get washed and detailed before I took ownership I pointed out a couple of stains on the seats and floor. After saying that they would clean them they were still there when I got in the car. I would have taken it back to get cleaned but I needed to get on the road. Also, the car smelled lightly of cigarette smoke. Also, it may be a millennial thing but I think the receptionist was on her smart phone most of the time I was at the dealership. More

The cost for repair, and the uncertainty of how my car would perform, consider I was in dire straights when the clutch on my 2013 Jetta disintegrated. The cost for repair, and the uncertainty of how my car would perform, considering I have a 50 miles RT work commute. Rick recommended trading the Jetta for a quality used car with extended warranty.
