Lost confidence I had an 8am appointment for an oil change. Rick was very friendly in greeting me, and as I was checking in, I also agreed to a tire rotation. I said I would be waiting at the dealership and verified the work should take about an hour to an hour and 15 min. Rick said we’ll easily have you out by 930. At 935 I walked up to the payment desk and she said she would check on the status. Moments later she returned with the paperwork and said it’s all done. An hour and 35 minutes for an oil change? Come on you guys. This coupled with a a few perviously bad head-scratching experiences which management should have on file in our records. We’ve spent thousands of dollars with this shop and purchased three vehicles. As nice as the staff is, I don’t think we’re coming back. More
