Rick is always awesome! I have owned many vehicles purchased through Jim Falk, servicing at Ford, Chrysler, and the GMC dealerships. Ford was terrible, Chrysler is certainly I have owned many vehicles purchased through Jim Falk, servicing at Ford, Chrysler, and the GMC dealerships. Ford was terrible, Chrysler is certainly substandard - if you can ever actually get a hold of the service department and get an appointment. But the GMC service and dealership in general is awesome. More

Terrible Overall Experience 900 dollars to replace a valve cover gasket. Charged 3 percent to use a credit card. Charged over 100.00 to determine what had to be done. Oil leak was the issue but valve cover gasket. Charged 3 percent to use a credit card. Charged over 100.00 to determine what had to be done. Oil leak was the issue but oil was left half empty, oil cap lid not put back on 2 bolts left on my windshield shelf. Be using you guys for 15yrs. Never again More
