This is my first time leasing a car and I am so glad that I did so with Kia. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and specifically my salesman, Rick Groff. My fiancé leased a car with Rick fr I did so with Kia. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and specifically my salesman, Rick Groff. My fiancé leased a car with Rick from Kia a few months ago and I knew that when I started looking, I would do the same. I was unsure about what kind of car I wanted and Rick was so knowledgeable about every car in the lot. I told him my price point and the features that I was looking for and he and he worked to find me the best possible deal on a 2022 Kia Seltos. He made me feel so comfortable in my new vehicle and even adjusted the locks and driver settings with me before I drove out of the dealership. Rick and the Kia Smithtown team truly treat you like family. They went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be back to buy or lease from Kia in the future! More

I spent some time visiting several dealers and examining different makes of cars. Rick G. was the salesperson who helped guide me to a Forte. I’m someone who thoroughly researches all my options regardless of how long it takes, as a result I’ve had the opportunity of dealing with a multitude of Kia dealers on the Island. In a 50 mile radius o regardless of how long it takes, as a result I’ve had the opportunity of dealing with a multitude of Kia dealers on the Island. In a 50 mile radius of my desired location in search of a very specific vehicle, I’ve had to deal with all manner of games, lies, deceit & empty promises... one dealer whom I won’t name here had the gall to have me drive 45 miles on my only day off (thinking I’m picking up the car at a prior agreed upon price) only to be jeered at and made up feel like Im “being cheap for, letting the car go over a few thousand dollars” after adamantly refusing to except a blatant bait & switch... Luckily, about a week later I had the good fortune meeting up with Mr Renny at Smithtown KIA. Finally a straight shooter who not only delivers on his EVERY word, but... this gentleman chooses to treat me like a person as opposed to just a number to make a quota. This process during a pandemic year mind you, was painstakingly Long but I was reassured through the entirety of it that things were moving along accordingly. I got a year newer than I was expecting in the exact trim make model & color I wanted. Did I mention that I didn’t have to haggle to receive a respectable price that was about 8% under MSRP. Finance guy was a breeze to deal with as he was patient answered all my questions and waited a little under 30mins for me to come through the contract and change anything we didn’t agree upon. Don’t waste your time getting robbed by the competition, head the Smithtown ask for Gerard! Tell em Scott Sent ya! More
