My service has been over priced and poor. I had to go back to have a part they ordered put in. On that visit they tell me the parts department got the wrong part so I have to take the the car I had to go back to have a part they ordered put in. I also broke down the labor costs and found them to be inconsistent. $300 for a battery and $400 to put it in. Once this latest fiasco is done, I will not use them again More

WE HAD PROBLEMS. SALESMAN DID POOR EXPLANATION ON CAR. WE HAD TO WAIT OVER 45 MIN. TO CLOSE. THE CAR WAS ADVERTIZED AS CERTIFIED PRE OWNED BUT THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME SALESMAN DID POOR EXPLANATION ON CAR. WE HAD TO WAIT OVER 45 MIN. TO CLOSE. THEY NOW AGREED TO SEND ME ANOTHER KEY. STILL WAITING More
