Did not present all the information Accounting person- if you don't do credit through them they are downright demanding accusing stopping their feet and threatening. They will keep you there for four and a half hours Accounting manager/lead Missy- she will lie to you. She will say that you cannot get the deal I mean the car deal that we were told that it would be 10,285 if we don't go through them. Or she will add the permit plate fees of $798 back on. Which we were never talk to about at all. Even though it only cost them $75. And we will end up paying more. And she will slam the paperwork onto the counters/ desks. They have tenacity they will not take no for an answer. Even running after you as you are crying and running out of the door. If you want to know City if you want to not be able to leave even after four and a half 5 hours 5 in the end go there if you want to be told what you can and can't do in the whole process go there just remember you're the one in authority not them the more you sign a paper they're an authority not you. And once you sign that paper they got you and you'll have to deal with them for as long as that car is in your possession and every time it breaks down you'll have to deal with them More

Overall a great experience from looking for a new vehicle to picking out a new K5. Bailey was very helpful and helped worked a deal with me and came to a fair offer knowing that I was carrying over equity fr to picking out a new K5. The K5 included the premium package and also a great warranty which was a big reason I came to Kia. To note the dealership was very nice and impressive one of the best I've seen. The KIA North Austin is beyond awesome! I went in to look at one vehicle but my sales agent Ben let me know that he was not comfortable selling me a troubled vehicle.
