One time, I got a call from my service advisor that they were almost out of loaner cars, and I let him know I was on my way. Since I was only going to drive the loaner to work, I told him it was okay if someone was able to just take me to work. He over delivered, and I was provided a Lyft (or Uber) to/from work. My most recent trip was was flawless, too. Dropping off my car took all of 5-7 minutes, and I was on my car with a loaner. Two hours later, I get a call from Richard that my car is finished. I have nothing but praise for Earnhardt Lexus.
