After I picked up the car an engine light precaution came on, so I had to return the next day. Richard, normally great, suggested there was something wrong that had nothing to do with the previous day oil ch on, so I had to return the next day. I’ve been going to Williamson Automotive for more than 10 years for service only. I recently purchased a new car here—mainly because of the service. Richard Loero has been my service adviser from the begin years for service only. I recently purchased a new car here—mainly because of the service. Richard Loero has been my service adviser from the beginning and I appreciate his excellent service. My one concern was when I made the appointment it was confirmed Richard was still my adviser and when I arrived I was given someone else. Apparently there was some misunderstanding internally but fortunately it was corrected. Thank you! More
