I have been the CEO of the Klaben Auto Stores since 2010. I started in the business in 1974, detailing cars. I learned quickly that a Family Business was both hard work and fulfilling, with a responsibility to the customers, the team members, and the communities which we serve. Titles represent responsibilities, not rank, as every team member, starting with me, is a Customer Service Representative. Throughout the years, I worked in various positions with responsibilities for every facet of the business as we grew into the Klaben Auto Stores. Today, our business model, upon which my Father (Albert Klaben Sr.) founded and grew the business, remains the same. Customers & Team Members (PEOPLE) are the foundation of our success. Hard work, respect, empathy, team-work, integrity, and a genuine concern for others are core tenets of that model. Moreover, none of it is possible without the Grace of God. We are blessed and I remain forever thankful.

Best car buying experience The dealership was impeccable, the cars were immaculate. The staff was professional, gracious and accommodating as my time was limited. The sticker price on their cars was better than offers I'd received from other dealers, no haggling just better pricing on lower mileage cars. Unlike any other car shopping experience I've had. Gene and Rich were informative and were really about service, value and the customer. Christine in Finance got me in and out quickly and clearly conveyed all options available to me. I left knowing I made a good decision and we LOVE the car. Definitely would recommend this dealership - Will be back! More

They impressed me with the timely response to my questions and going above an beyond to earn my business. As a consequence, my wife and I drove 3.5 hours to get to their dealership. Upon our arrival they both came out of the office to personally greet us on the lot and made every effort to ensure our questions were answered.
