I recently purchased a 2025 Honda Prologue from Brandon Honda, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Richard Hechavarria made the process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, explained all of the features of the Prologue in detail, and made sure I felt confident about my decision. Richard was professional, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions. I also want to thank Santiago, the manager, for stepping in and working with me on the numbers. He was transparent, honest, and made sure I got a fair deal without any pressure. You can tell he truly values customer satisfaction. Upon entering i had made an appt with Richard. When I entered I let him know I was walking in. He had keys pulled with the plate ready. I drove their 2021 Hyundai sonata Hybrid limited. Little front bumper rub and the windshield. I was told immediately that the windshield was being repaired before I even said anything about it. Then we came down to numbers. I was not ready to buy exactly that day, but they brought everything I ended up needing. I told him I wanted to go eat some food and come back. Was not given the hard sell. I’ve seen worse. Right after I ate, I came back to buy the car and the rest is history. They are fixing the front bumper. I literally have nothing negative to say about this dealership. Felt like Family. More
