A long saga finally caused me to trade in my beloved 2001 E for a 2014 E. It was a complicated deal, tied to inability to repair the old car (parts). Something had to be arranged within my price range. MBNO E for a 2014 E. It was a complicated deal, tied to inability to repair the old car (parts). Something had to be arranged within my price range. MBNO worked over time to make that happen and did an outstanding job. Compliments to Jeremy Mitchell in service for being patient and able to explain all. Also to Mr. Vic in finance for leading me to a warranty that in retrospect is essential. And most of all to Mike Williams, who simply put, was great. More

One word. RUN. This dealership has the worst customer service. No one calls you back, they don’t actually fix your car, and yes the review below is accurate. T RUN. This dealership has the worst customer service. No one calls you back, they don’t actually fix your car, and yes the review below is accurate. They will send you on the road with a faulty car. Even after you pay them thousands. I know, the same thing happened to me. The manager Ronnie and Richard have the worst attitudes and WON’T even apologize. Good luck getting this service advisor, Jeremy to call you back. He has no clue what is going on there. Don’t even bother asking for a loaner. Apparently, they don’t have any. This experience with MB Nola is enough for me to never buy a Mercedes again. PS- Don’t waste your time with calling corporate, they don’t do a thing. Hope this helps the next person to never go through what I went through with this dealership. More

I paid greater than $3000 on AC repairs in November of 2021. I notified the dealership in the beginning of spring of 2022, that they AC is blowing hot air. I waited 1 month for an appointment. I showed up 2021. I notified the dealership in the beginning of spring of 2022, that they AC is blowing hot air. I waited 1 month for an appointment. I showed up on my scheduled appointment time, and requested an oil change along with service to check my AC. I was notified of a shortage of team members, so I rented a car, to hoping they would have my card repaired within 7 days. Today is day 7, and my vehicle has not been touched, I asked if they could at minimum perform the oil change, 2 days ago, and I am being fed the same script, they are short staffed and my vehicle is next in line. I have a 2 year warranty, and is willing to take my vehicle somewhere else to be serviced for an issue they did not correctly fix a couple of months ago. I have been patient for 7 days and paid greater than $1000 for a rental, for Benz of NO to check a problem that was supposed to be resolved. I understand the shortage and the prior appointments, but the fact that my issue is something that was supposed to be resolved at the previous visit, should be taken into consideration. Highly inconvenienced and dissatisfied with the service department. More
