Our experience was great throughout the sale. The salesperson was patient and helpful. We had two reservations about the 2018 Honda Pilot. The first is the vehicle had no owners manual and the Honda salesperson was patient and helpful. We had two reservations about the 2018 Honda Pilot. The first is the vehicle had no owners manual and the Honda emblem on the front of the grill was cracked. We asked that that be repaired. We were assured that it would be taken care of. A "we owe you" note was made, and we bought the vehicle. We were told the part would be ordered and arrangements made to install the emblem. That was two months ago. My wife called a few times and was always stalled and no calls were returned. We were lied to. It is a small thing really, but if they cannot keep their word about small things they cannot be trusted with our future business. If this dealer offers a" we owe you" they have no intention of giving you anything they promise. More
