I served in the US Army from 1980 to 1984 and two more years in the Army Reserve. I attended St. Louis Community College and earned an Associates Degree, sold cars for Metro Chrysler Centre from 1994 to 2007 and then Glendale Chrysler Jeep and Dodge from 2007 to 2010. Made the big switch to General Motors in May of 2010 when I accepted a sales position here at Sapaugh GM Country. My interests include my grandchildren, Scanner Enthusiast, dogs and I am an Amateur Radio Operator holding an Advanced Class License - My call sign is KG0ZM. I am also a member of the Masonic Fraternity.

Sapaugh has the best customer service. I have bought 9 cars from Sapaugh. Rich Konold has been my salesmen for every car. His is customer service goes above and beyond just The sale of a car. Rich Took me out to the Service area. We said hi to Maryland on the way. I was introduced to Crystal, Who is one of the several ladies Who will help me make my appointments when I call in to set one up.Rich introduced me to Steve, one of the porters who will help me when I get there. He also introduced me to Mark and Preston who Are two of the service advisors that will help me get my car checked in and work with me on the service. I then Got to meet Joe Clemens, the general manager of Sapaugh, who is a very professional and well spoken gentleman. I will always buy my vehicles from Sapaugh. More
