Disappointed in the purchase experience. Paperwork said car was paid via loan, but we paid cash. I told manager about the incorrect paperwork by phone (husband was at dealership), he laughed Paperwork said car was paid via loan, but we paid cash. I told manager about the incorrect paperwork by phone (husband was at dealership), he laughed it off, said it was an automatic part of the contract, and he wouldn't change it. They finally changed it the next day, after i had a huge fight with my husband about it, stressed over it, and i started looking into whether my credit rating showed a big car loan. Then the car was supposedly detailed (for a whole day at the dealership), and it had to be rewashed inside and out. The car stunk like coconut air freshener, so we had to drive with the windows down for 2 days. More
