There simply aren't enough words to describe what a great experience I had at Lexus of Watertown in MA. I went with my boyfriend and we were immediately greeted by Reyna M. At first glance, she looked like she was being pulled in a few different directions (to me this was already a good sign, she was sought after because she knows what she's doing). Nevertheless, Reyna gave us her undivided attention and never kept us waiting. She was extremely informative about the next steps she was taking and what we could expect. As a customer who feels intimidated by the car-buying process, I felt extremely comfortable and confident in our partnership. Reyna had a positive attitude and a great sense of humor. She was relatable and heard me out when I told her what I was looking for. Never dismissive, never short. We made a great deal that got me into my dream truck! And of note, as I completed the financial paperwork (shoutout to Mike for helping us with that step, also very kind and knowledgeable!), I would see Reyna constantly doing something for someone. When she wasn't helping a customer directly she was making a copy, when she wasn't making a copy, she was attaching a license plate to a car, the woman was everywhere! As a fellow female I really appreciated her just absolutely dominating her work environment. I would 10/10 recommend all my friends (especially my girlfriends!) to go see Reyna - she cares about what you want and like I said I'm very content with the deal we made. Hopefully I won't be back too too soon, but when I'm needing another vehicle, Lexus of Watertown will be my first stop! Thank you for all your help, Reyna! More
