I custom ordered my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler here after finding the identical vehicle to what I wanted in the wrong color back in March. I test drove the vehicle they had in inventory, determined that I would indeed be ordering the one I wanted, however I did inform them that my current vehicle was a lease that wouldn’t mature until December, so I would want my new vehicle later in the year, I asked them to not harass or contact me, and that I would definitely be in touch with them when the appropriate time to order came, THEY ABSOLUTELY RESPECTED MY WISHES! I ordered my jeep on July 29th, and was told it would take about 3-4 months for it to come in according to the manufacturer, however jeep did end up doing a “full send” and my jeep came in less than 6 weeks. My lease on my previous vehicle wasn’t over, but the sales team worked with one of their other dealers to get me out of my lease so that I could drive away in my new jeep. Jason White was top notch, he was highly responsive, attentive, and patient. I would absolutely work with him again. More

I couldn’t have better things to say about the crew at Herb Chambers of Danvers. I specifically worked with Travis, Jason & Lucas during the buying process and Will during closing. This was my first time Herb Chambers of Danvers. I specifically worked with Travis, Jason & Lucas during the buying process and Will during closing. This was my first time leasing and they made what is often a stressful experience completely seamless. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, transparent, knowledgable, patient and understanding. I never once felt rushed or pressured to move quickly or increase my budget. Travis (GM) treated me like more than just a customer, going out of his way to make conversation, ask about upcoming trips I had mentioned during a previous visit, and always offering snacks/water. Jason (Sales/Leasing Consultant) was extremely knowledgeable and patient during my numerous test drives and very communicative from start to finish. He is thorough and made sure I had everything I needed at all times - he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Lucas (Sales GM) was responsive and flexible to all of my needs and didn’t complain once about the dozens of quotes I requested. He ultimately found the car I ended up leasing in their inventory (a custom order another customer didn’t end up wanting) and I was thrilled. Finally, Will (Business/Finance Manager) made the paperwork part of this process seamless, while still explaining each component to me so I knew what to expect. All in all, the team made my experience a very positive one (with quite a few laughs along the way) and I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. You will not be disappointed! More

Bought our second car there last night and had another great experience. If you like no pressure buying experience, this is the place. They did not say to use once, "this is today's deal" or whatever th great experience. If you like no pressure buying experience, this is the place.
