I called regarding factory tape etc. being on the back windshield and Brett patiently gave me his number to personally reach out to with questions and to call back when ready to come in. From beginning to end my experience was amazing. As an RV owner wanted to ensure our new truck had plenty of towing capabilities. At first we thought an F250 will be enough but once Larry starting giving us info on F250 and max weight to pull safely and comfortably we quickly decided to move up to a dually F350. We felt no pressure to purchase a more expensive truck or to make any upgrades. Both Ruben and Larry made the experience enjoyable and super easy. Even finance was quick and painless.
