Each time I visit Mountaineer Honda, the staff is always extremely professional, friendly and competent. Even though Rebecca sold me my car three years ago, she still contacts me to see how things are going extremely professional, friendly and competent. Even though Rebecca sold me my car three years ago, she still contacts me to see how things are going and if I have any issues. At my recent visit, there was some confusion about the purchased coverage for a wheel repair. Jordan and Jillian worked diligently to help resolve the confusion with the company, and we scheduled the repair while I was still at the service department. I can’t think of a time that I have ever left this dealership feeling disappointed about the service received. More
