I had a tremendous experience at BMW Ann Arbor. My Salesperson was William (Billy) Becker and he immediately made me feel comfortable when I visited the dealership which was for the first time. I saw the car I wanted and Billy offered me a test drive straight away. The car was fantastic! It was an i4 edrive40 and it was obviously a well built car with great features and performance. I knew right away that this was the car I wanted and felt comfortable enough with Billy and the dealership to put a deposit on it that day. I have been driving the car for about a month now and it has been terrific. I wanted a high quality electric car and that is exactly what this is. Billy has followed up with me a number of times and definitely wants to insure my complete satisfaction. From the first day I visited the dealership and ever since my experiences have been great. Everyone is very friendly and keen on their insuring my needs are met and my questions answered. I highly recommend Billy Becker and BMW Ann Arbor! More

Have been trying since October to get a refund on the un-used portion of a tire warranty. I have sent several emails to the business manager (Raymond Borg) and phone calls to the General manager (Bill Da un-used portion of a tire warranty. I have sent several emails to the business manager (Raymond Borg) and phone calls to the General manager (Bill Dandurand). Have not received any phone calls back and the warranty company is not even showing my paperwork has been sent to them. It has been 2 months! It appears that once they have my money they are extremely unhelpful at getting me any of it back. Even though, when they sold me said warranty, I was promised abundantly that getting a refund for un-used portion was “no problem.” I will never do business with this dealership again! Certainly will always be hesitant about any extended warranties from now on as well. Terrible experience. Was counting on this money to use towards my kids’ Christmas. Hence the reason I started the process in October. Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated! More

This is my second lease with the Ann Arbor team. I drive all the way from Detroit because from service to sales this team is unmatched. Alex is outstanding, patient and knowledgeable. I have been to several other dealers and the sales people couldn't explain the options of their cars and what they did. I recently had the pleasure of working with Ray on 3 separate transactions. Very thorough an and helpful at and after the close! I had to trade a car that I had purchased the prepaid maintenance on aft separate transactions. Very thorough an and helpful at and after the close! I had to trade a car that I had purchased the prepaid maintenance on after just 5 weeks. He had explained that normally the maintenance plan is not refundable or transferable to my new car. But Ray went to bat for me with BMW of North America and got the plan transferred to the new car so that I didn't lose it. Now that's service by Ray and BMW! I will always go to BMW of A2 for my cars! More

This dealership is a wonderful group of true auto enthusiasts - many build custom cars on the side and/or race their cars (BMW and non-BMW). This includes the sales people, the mechanics and the serv enthusiasts - many build custom cars on the side and/or race their cars (BMW and non-BMW). This includes the sales people, the mechanics and the service advisors. Recently my 2017 330i came off lease and I decided to buy it; they offered far better financing terms than what I could have found on my own or expected. I am stunned to see some of the bad reviews on this DealerRater site; it is not at all in line with their Google and Facebook reviews. I am sure that if you come in with enthusiasm that you will be treated in kind and in a friendly yet professional way. More

Fantastic customer service I purchased my 335 CPO from this dealership and I don’t think my experience could have been any better. Alex, the sales representative was absolutely I purchased my 335 CPO from this dealership and I don’t think my experience could have been any better. Alex, the sales representative was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. I have been visiting multiple dealerships but never got the knowledge and friendliness I got here. You could tell how much love Alex has from the brand right away. He drives one, and knows all there is to know about thes cars, the mechanics behind them and what makes them amazing automobiles. Also, as I have stated, Alex not being pushy let the car spek for itself and made me trust him even more. I entered the deslership with the idea that all car dealers are xxxxxxxx and left impressed with the fact that it was not true. To say the whole staff went above and beyond would be an understatement, and I am grateful and happy to now be part of the BMW family. I would recommend this dealership and especially Alex to anybody in the business to buy an amazing driving machine. Also, the financial manager (Ray) made time to meet me at a personal level and also made extra efforts to make sure I was getting the best financing possible. As I for some reason got denied for the credit he made sure it was not a mistake (which it turned out to be) and i left home with the car of my dreams and a great deal all thanks to him. More
